If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the ring for a refund or exchange it for a different one. This policy applies to all of our rings.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your ring. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your ring. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, with all packaging included. We also require that the ring is not worn or damaged. Once we receive the returned ring, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

All of our rings are made to order and require a certain amount of time to produce and inspect before they are shipped out. This process cannot be expedited even if you choose express shipping as a shipping option. We take great care to ensure that each ring is crafted to the highest quality standards and inspected for any defects before it is shipped to you. We want to ensure that you receive a perfect ring every time.

It's important to note that express shipping only speeds up the delivery time once the ring is shipped, it does not affect the production time. We recommend that you check our shipping and processing times before placing an order and factor that into your delivery expectations.
